Although, tanning is not safe, be it the traditional way or the artificial method, yet people resort to it in order to appear fashionable and moderate of it is not actually bad. And that is just one of the reasons behind its popularity. Also, because of the advancements in the products used for self-tanning, they have become safer, better and result oriented.
